Acknowledgment

1. The amount of child(ren) you confirmed over the phone attending your party is the minimum amount of child(ren) you will be charged for, even if some do not show up the day of the event.
2. If an unconfirmed guest shows up for your party (ex: you confirmed 10 and 12 shows up) we hold the right not to provide any spa services to these guest(s) as time will not permit.
3. Or we hold the right to change your party package to accommodate the unconfirmed guest(s). We may try our best to fit them in by providing all or only some spa service if time permits. However please note that services and/or the party may feel rushed due to adding unconfirmed guests at the last minute.
4. If any of your guest(s) arrives late to the party, some of the spa services that are included in your package will be reduced. This means that your late guest will not be getting all of the spa services included in your party package because time will not permit. Your supervisor will let you know which services your late guest will not be getting and which spa service she/he may be getting.
5. If your party starts late (15 minutes or more) because either you arrived late, the birthday girl arrived late, or the majority of your guests arrived late, and any other unforeseen reason(s) not specified here, we hold the right to cut down on spa services, or change your party package to end the party on time.
6. If piñata time is requested by you, only 1 game will be played at the end of the party plus the piñata game.
7. The guest(s) that will participate in the pink lemonade toast are the ones arriving at the party on time. The toast is done in the first 10-15 minutes of the party. Any guest(s) arriving past this time will not participate in the cheers.
8. Girls/Boys may or may not eat all together depending on whether time permits, however, they all sit and eat cake time together later on.
9. If it's included in your party package, we do change the children for the fashion show, they all change together unless they request to change separately. Our fairies assist them, and there is a consent to change outfits clause included in the waiver that every guest signs. If a child does not want to change or participate in the fashion show, we do not force them to do so.
10. Some of your guests may choose not to do some or any of the spa services or the fashion shows included in your party package. We try our best to convince them to do it, however, if they still choose not to we will respect their choice and not provide the services, however, you will still be charged for those guests.
11. We do not have a designated time for the birthday girl to take pictures by the cake table. If this is something you would like to do, please do so during craft time. We will cut the cake as soon as we finish singing happy birthday.
12. Guests that come in with gel nail polish on their nails (hands or feet) will not get the mini manicure and/or the mini pedicure spa service done.
13. We begin packing up for the host parents (all of the food, drinks, decor, and belongings) 10-15 min prior to your party's end time.

By signing below I have read, acknowledged, and agreed to the terms above. I confirm that these terms were also verbally explained to me by the supervisor on duty today and all/any questions or concerns I had were answered. I agree that I still have a balance due for this party which will be paid at the end of my party today. If for any reason I fail to pay or refuse to pay what is due, I authorize Little Princess Spa Pembroke Pines (Where Princesses’ Dreams Come True LLC) herein referred to as LPS, to charge my final balance plus 20% gratuity to the same credit card on file that I provided LPS to pay for the deposit of this party. I agree not to dispute any deposits or charges made to my credit card to LPS for any and all services that were redeemed by me today or any deposit I made in the past to LPS.
